After hearing about Navigators from family members who were a part of Navs at Penn State, I decided to check it out my freshman year and was immediately drawn into this amazing group of people. Through Navs, I have gained a deeper understanding of who God is and how he works in my life. I have found a great community, through 10:10 bible study groups and Nav Nights, which challenges me to keep growing in my faith. I am in my senior year and majoring in chemical engineering. Since 2013, Brad has served as the assistant director and staff trainer at Penn State, and in 2019 Brad became the campus director. Brad loves helping students and staff experience the power of God's grace bring greater freedom and joy in their relationship with God. Brad is a 2005 graduate of Penn State, and loves all things outdoors and spends far too much time following Penn State football. Robin met the Navigators as a student at Penn State in 2003. She was thrilled to join Navigator staff in 2007 and spent her first two years at the University of Arizona. After those two years, Robin choose to go off of staff and worked in a hospital in Pittsburgh for four years. Those years were instrumental in teaching her what it looks like to walk with Jesus for a lifetime. In 2013 she rejoined Navigator staff, excited to help students see the power of Jesus' transformation in their lives. She then spent 6 years at University of California at Davis. During that year she began to realize the heart she had for college students and the desire to learn how to minister to them well. been serving with The Navigators since 2007, including 6 years at the University of Alabama. Since 2013, Brad has served as the assistant director and staff trainer at Penn State, and in 2019 Brad became the campus director. Brad loves helping students and staff experience the power of God's grace bring greater freedom and joy in their relationship with God. Brad is a 2005 graduate of Penn State, and loves all things outdoors and spends far too much time following Penn State football. Robin met the Navigators as a student at Penn State in 2003. She was thrilled to join Navigator staff in 2007 and spent her first two years at the University of Arizona. After those two years, Robin choose to go off of staff and worked in a hospital in Pittsburgh for four years. Those years were instrumental in teaching her what it looks like to walk with Jesus for a lifetime. In 2013 she rejoined Navigator staff, excited to help students see the power of Jesus' transformation in their lives. She then spent 6 years at University of California at Davis. She came to know Christ her freshman year through Bible study, discipleship, and fellowship with the Navigators! He was introduced to the Navigators during his first year of college and was deeply impacted by the intentional discipleship and welcoming community he found there. Over the next four years, he served as a student leader and watched God transform lives through the gospel, both in his own life and in the lives of the students he discipled. I was lucky enough to get connected with the Navigators my first week of Freshman year, and since then I have been able to grow, not just into a great group of friends, but also in a deeper connection with God and his Word! The Navigators offers so many great opportunities to involved, and I definitely recommend taking advantage of all of them! Having a strong group of believers supporting me has been so encouraging, and being able to share the Word with others is an experience like no other.
